Wilson Parker, 67 of Brighton, AL completed his earthly walk on Thursday, October 6, 2016. Wilson was born on March 3, 1949 to the late Sam Parker and Queen Parker Burroughs in Birmingham, AL. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the Vietnam War and retired from Santek Environmental. Most importantly he was a man of honor and integrity who loved as his God Commanded. Those left to cherish his precious memories are : his wife of 38 years; Marketa D. Crim-Parker; his children Esther L. Parker-Huntley (Anthony) of Columbus, OH, Jessica D. Parker-Leigh (Rohh) of Daejeon, South Korea and Nicholas Wilson Parker of Brighton, AL; he is also survived by sisters Rena Starks (Terry), Jeanette Tooson (Pinkney), Annie McCollough; brothers Earnest Parker (Althea), randy Parker (Twligh), Jeffery Parker; a devoted sister-in-law, Hazel Crim-Williams; a host of nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved brother Calvin Parker and stepfather Robert “Pop” Burroughs. Wilson leaves us with the greatest legacy of all. The legacy of love!
