WANDA WAS BORN TO RICHARD AND ELIZABETH C. PETERSON ON DECEMBER 4, 1955 IN BESSEMER, AL.
SHE CONFESSED HOPE IN CHRIST AT AN EARLY AGE AND JOINED THE NEW ANTIOCH BAPTIST CHURCH UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF REV. E. L. WILSON. SHE SERVED AS SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER, ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT AND A MEMBER OF THE MISSION MINISTRY.
SHE WAS EDUCATED IN THE JEFFERSON COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM AND GRADUATED FROM HUEYTOWN HIGH SCHOOL IN 1974.
ON JANUARY 4, 2018, GOD CALLED HER TO REST FROM ALL WORRIES, PAIN AND AT A PLACE OF NO TEARS OR SUFFERING.
