Obituary January 22, 1946 was a very special day! Veronica Ann Noble was born in Morvin, AL to Bennie Frank and Casandia Noble - their only daughter. In the early 1950’s, the Noble family moved to Bessemer, AL where Veronica attended Carver Elementary and High Schools. After high school, she attended both Miles and Rice Colleges. She ultimately received her certification as a Nurse’s Assistant. After retiring from over 20 years of service with ABC Home Health Care, Veronica completed her working career with Jefferson County’s Elder Garden when her health began to fail. Veronica was a member of Greater Saint Paul CME Church where she served faithfully as a stewardess and was considered one of the church choir’s greatest fans! Affectionately called “Auntie Boo” by many, Veronica’s love of children made her home a magnet for kids in any neighborhood in which she lived. “Auntie Boo” had the ability to make even the most mundane chores seem fun and she received the special gift from her mother of creating new words! She loved to cook and feed people (macaroni and cheese was one of her specialties) and she made an extraordinary caramel cake. Those she loved often heard her say “I LOVE YOU THIIIIIIIS MUCH!!” Veronica was preceded in death by both parents and her younger brother, Lloyd. She leaves to cherish her memory: one brother - Henry (Estoria) Noble, one sister in law - Deborah Noble, three sons - Willie Byron (Cabrina) Kersh, Whitney Bryan (TaKesha) Kersh, and Terrence (Gloria) Russell; 3 Grandchildren - Alvanisha Davis, Warren Bre’shard and William Bryant Kersh; 3 Nephews - Henry (Rhonda) Noble, Jr., Lloyd D. Noble, Damien Noble; 2 Nieces - Cyd Noble, Shellie (Kenneth) Powe; 2 First Cousins - Cassandra Anderson and Sean Dixon; other relatives and loved ones and countless friends.
