Obituary We gather here today to celebrate the life of our loved one; a person who loved life and was a true friend to many. The memories of our loved one will be source of comfort and will remain with us always deep in our hearts. Tassanee Letrice Wilson-Clark was born on August 10, 1975 in Birmingham, Alabama at UAB hospital. She confessed her belief in Christ at an early age and joined New Zion Baptist Church in Bessemer, Alabama. Tassanee, affectionately called Toi, was educated in the Bessemer School system. Once she graduated she furthered her education and attended Miles College. In 1998 she met and married the love of her life Stephan Clark and moved to Jackson, Mississippi. Upon returning to Alabama, she resided in the Birmingham Metro area. For almost twenty years she battled cancer and fought tirelessly to the end. In life Tassanee was a collector of people; she gave love and shared love with everyone she met. She loved life and had a beautiful spirit. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephan Clark. God saw the road was getting rough, the hills were hard to climb; He gently closed those loving eyes and whispered, “Peace be Thine”. On Friday, November 25, 2016, Tassanee was called to her heavenly Father. She leaves to cherish her memories: children, Allen J. Wilson, Tyler C. Wilson and Airyn MacKenzie Rose Thomas all of Bessemer, AL; loving father, Eugene (Cassondra) Hudson, Jr.; loving mother, Deborah (Michael) D. Wilson-Wallace; sisters, Tiffanee L. Wilson of Pleasant Grove, AL, Keiwanda R. Davis of Atlanta, GA and Johnondra Patterson of Maryland; brother, Kylle Whitten of San Diego, CA and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
