Ruth Bogar

Ruth Hans Johnson Bogar was born on September 6, 1939 in Sawyerville, Alabama. She preceded in death by her parents Delia and Wiley Johnson, a husband, Johnny Edward Bogar, and son Vincent Edward Bogar and a grandson Johnny Taylor.
Ruth Bogar accepted Christ as her Savior at Bethel Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend E. L. Nevett and Reverend Johnny Ware where she remained under the leadership of Reverend Calvin L. Bell, Sr. She was employed by owing her daycare where she later retired. She departed this life on Sunday, October 21, 2018
She leaves to cherish her memories:  three daughters, Vicky Taylor, Upper Marlboro, MD, Sandra Harris, Bessemer, AL and Valarie Bogar, Birmingham, AL one son; Johnny (Valarie) Taylor, Hueytown, AL; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a host of nieces nephews, and other relatives and friends.
