Patsy Johnson

On Saturday, March 10, 2018 our Heavenly Father came for His child, Patsy, to add to His flower garden and join Him in paradise. Patsy Ann Johnson was born on January 4, 1942 to Judge and Bessie Johnson in Birmingham, Alabama. Patsy confessed Christ at an early age and was baptized at New Hope Baptist Church located in Bessemer, Alabama. Growing up in Bessemer, she was educated in the Bessemer School System and a graduate of P.L. Dunbar High School Class of 1959. Upon completion of high school, Patsy enrolled and graduated from Llyod Nolan LPN Program. Working diligently for 28 years as an EKG Technician she retired from Baptist Medical Center Montclair.
She was preceded in death by: parents, Mr. & Mrs. Judge D. Johnson; daughter, Yolanda R. Leonard; sister, Bessie Lee; brothers, Judge, Jr. and Benjamin Johnson. Left to cherish her precious memories: daughters, Demetric (Stanley) Johnson and Tammy F. Johnson; grandchildren, Tamesha Johnson, Roshundra (James) Johnson, Ayesha Leonard, Mya Pruitt and Tykeila Johnson, ; great grandchildren, Markeila Frazier, Kimaria Johnson, Kamille Johnson, Peyton Johnson, JaCorian McIntyre, Trinity Crawford, Keyondra Minter, James, Jr. and Kelsea Westry; sisters, Ceolia (Kedrick)Burrell, Lolethia (Charles) Brooks, Sherene Johnson, dedicated friends, Robbie Davis, Naomi & Mrs. Oliver; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
