Patricia Houston

Sister Patricia Ann Vaughn Houston was born to Mr. Jimmy Vaughn and Mrs. Mary Gaither Vaughn in Greensboro, Alabama on September 25, 1971. The family later moved to Bessemer, AL and there Patricia completed her education. She graduated from Jess Lanier High School class of 1991. Patricia had a love for cooking. She excelled in culinary arts and became a food service employee for Pizza Hut, McDonald's and Cracker Barrel. Pat, Ms. Pat as she was affectionately known and called continued to work for McDonald's until her health failed her. She met Orlando D. Houston; they became a loving couple and later became husband and wife. They were blessed with three children. Patricia was a giving person and shared with anyone. Those left to cherish her sweet memories: devoted and loving husband, Orlando D. Houston; three children, NaJah Kominique Houston, Cedella Monique Houston and Sade Malique Houston; one granddaughter, Nyla Kamille Houston; parents, Mary Gaither Vaughn and Jimmy Vaughn; brother, Jimmy Vaughn, Jr.; mother-in-law, Juanita J.H. Stewart; sister-in-law, Deidre R. Houston; brother-in-law, La Hendrix Q. Houston and a host of other relatives and friends.
