Life Reflections We are gathered here today to celebrate the homegoing of Mrs. Ora Rembert. Born November 4, 1921 to Andrew and Addleaner Harton of Vernon, Alabama and was the eighth child of twelve children. She confessed Jesus Christ at an early age and was baptized. Ora married Alonzo Herbert and to this union seven children were born: Junior Herbert, Willeaner Sanders, John Henry Herbert, Mary Cook, Maragret (Timothy) McMoth, Carol Joyce Herbert and Shemel Poole. She later remarried George Rembert and to this union two children were born and one adopted: David (Sabrina) Rembert, LaVerne (David) Rivera and Donniael (Thaddeus) Cowart. Later in life Mother Rembert joined Faith Temple Full Gospel Church where she was a member of the choir and the Outreach Ministry. Being the determined woman that she was, Ora obtained her GED at the age of 65. She was preceded in death by: husbands, Alonza Herbert and George Rembert; one daughter; ten siblings; two granddaughters; one grandson and one great grandson. Left to cherish her precious memories: eight children; thirty grandchildren; fifty-two great grandchildren; forty great- great grandchildren; special son-in-law, Timothy McMoth and a host of nieces, nephews and friends who she was affectionately known to as Big Moma
