Makeil Gordon

Life Reflection’s
Makeil James Gordon, twin brother to Maliek Gordon and son of Lyndon and Anita Gordon was born on February 18, 1999.
Makeil was educated in the Jefferson County School System; was a graduate of McAdory High School, home of the mighty Yellow Jackets. He enjoyed socializing and met many of his friends.
Makeil was baptized and became a member of the Avondale Church of Christ. He loved his  church family, enjoyed participating in many activities with the church and continued to be active throughout his life.
Makeil began studying Diesel Mechanics at Lawson State Community College and was excited to begin his new career. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Tommie Jean Gordon.
Makeil departed this life on Saturday August 25, 2018. He will be remembered for his energetic personality and contagious smile! He leaves to cherish his memories: his best friend and twin brother, Maliek Gordon; loving and dedicated parents, Lyndon and Anita Gordon;  maternal grandmother, Daisy Siler; maternal grandfather, J.D. Parker; paternal grandfather, Seth Gordon, Sr.; godmother, Meoshia Foster; and a  host of aunts, uncles, and cousins
