Lonzell Hooks

Lonzell Hooks, Jr was born to the late Lonzell Hooks,Sr and Ruth Esther Hooks on February 25,1958 in Birmingham, Alabama. He confessed Christ at an early age.
He married the love of his life, Catherine “Kitty” Hooks on June 26, 1978. From that union, they
had two beautiful boys. Lonzell was also the Father of a beautiful daughter from a previous
relationship. Lonzell was educated in the Birmingham Public School System, graduating from
Phillips High School. He was a friend to all he encountered. Lonzell was the self-proclaimed “Mayor of Fountain Heights”.
Lonzell was the middle child to five children; his oldest sister, Sharon Elizabeth Rich and his youngest brother, Kedric Arlando Hooks proceeded him in death.
