Larry Watson was born to the late Callie Hill and Willie Mae Watson on July 5, 1955. Being raised in Jefferson County, Larry attended and graduated from Midfield High School Class of 1974. After completing high school he enlisted into the United States Army and served faithfully until he was honorably discharged. Upon returning home, Larry worked at P&C Plumbing for many years until his health began to decline. In 1981 he met and married the love of his life Antoinette Dean and to this union two children were born, Larrica and Sheneka. He was preceded in death by his brother, Woodward, Jr. Left to cherish his memories: a loving and caring wife, Antoinette D. Watson; daughters, Larrica “Poo” Smith, Midfield, AL and Sheneka “Babe” D. Watson, Brighton, AL; grandchildren, Jeremyah Lane and Adam Jones; siblings, Johnnie Johnson of New York, Freddie Lee Griffin(Stellar), Delores Frost, Birmingham, AL, Charita Smith, North Carolina, Donnie Jones, Los Angeles, CA, Kevin and Keith Watson, Brighton, AL; aunts, Sadie Frison, Brighton, AL and Frances Pearson, North Carolina; special nephew, Dexter (Patricia) Reeves, Birmingham, AL; brother-in-law, Michael (Diane) Dean, Fairfield, AL; sister-in-law, Freddie Green, Fairfield, AL, Doris Smith Grant, Joyce Watkin, Luzadie Smith Grant and Stefini Smith both of Bessemer, AL and a host of other relatives and friends.
