Johnny Lee Harrell

Mr. Johnny Lee Harrell, age 75, went home to be with the Lord on October 15, 2024, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.

At an early age, Johnny confessed Christ. He joined St. Peter Primitive Baptist Church where he served faithfully on the Deacon and Usher Board until his health failed.

Johnny is survived by his three brothers, Roosevelt Harrell, Ronnie Harrell, both of Orlando, FL and Jimmie (Patricia) Harrell of Bessemer, AL; four brothers-in-law, G'Reenie Coleman of Bessemer, AL, Lawerence (Kennie) Hill, John (Cynthia) Tillman and Jeffery (Doris) Tillman, all of Birmingham, AL; two sistersin- law, Bobbette (Ronald) Mearon and Vikki (James) Billups of Birmingham, AL; an honorary daughter, Eva Harrell and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by is parents, Freeman, Sr. and Johnnie Mae Harrell; his beloved wife, Demetrius Harrell; four brothers, Freeman Harrell, Jr., Sylvester Harrell, James Harrell and Richard Harrell; three sisters, Ceola Perkins, Darlene Harrell and Annette Coleman.
