Iesha Mayhand

Ms. Iesha Michelle Mayhand, was born May 10, 1991 to Juanikee Mayhand and Michael T. McCarty. Iesha was well loved by all who came in contact with her. To know her was to love her. She was a great spirit! Her attitude was huge but her heart was even bigger! She was a loving mother, daughter, grand-daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend. Iesha received her education in the Birmingham School System. She was a nurturing and loving mother to her one and only child, Lerico Jaye Lewis-Mayhand. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Benard Mayhand and her paternal grandmother, Annie Marie McCarty. Iesha leaves to cherish her memories: an adorable son, Lerico Jaye Lewis-Mayhand; a loving and devoted mother, Juanikee Mayhand-McGhee (Squire); father, Michael McCarty; brothers, Ronald Jaye Mayhand, Michael Tyronne McCarty, Jr., Richard McCarty, and Clarence Moore; sister, Nikita Amin; a loving and devoted grandmother, Beverly Faye Mayhand; aunts, Leticia Mayhand, and Sarah Ann McCarty; uncles, Quinton Dwayne Martin and Richard McCarty; a very special friend, Chrystina McCloud; father-figures, Perez Williams and Robert Tucker; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
