Eric Davis

Mr. Eric Robin Davis, Sr. was born to the late Floyd Lee and Rosie Lee Walker in Birmingham, on June 6, 1963. He was graduated of Jess Lanier High School, Class of 1982. Eric enjoyed working with the youth and was a little league coach. He was the Commissioner of the Bessemer Tigers and Carver Bulldogs youth organization for a number of years. He was preceded in death by: siblings, Ricardo and Felicia Davis. He leaves to cherish his memories: a loving and devoted wife, Jillanne Davis; children, Errica, Eric Jr., and Jordon Davis, all of Bessemer; sisters, Angela (Eddie) Ware, Atronda (Joe) Clarke of New Jersey and Cadetric Walker of Birmingham; brothers, Floyd (Tracie) Lee, Jr., Christopher Lee of New Jersey and Cedric Walker of Mississippi; mother- in-law, Agnes Heard; sisters-in-law, LaQuenta (Barry) Dillard of Birmingham and Phillina Heard of Hueytown; brother-in- law, Spero Cousins of Pleasant Grove; stepmother, Alma Lee of New Jersey; aunts, Dorothy Parnell of Virginia, Lois (Mack) Macklemore of Columbia, SC, Essie Randall, Beatrice Johnson, Mildred (Willie) Hill, Ellen (Gregory) Levert, Florence Houston, Lena (Sam) Thomas of Inglewood, CA and Mary Soh of Bessemer; uncles, Wilbert Hyde of New Jersey, Homer Lee, Allen (Sandra) Lee, Lewis Lee, Vincent & Oliver Burrell both of Lipscomb and Lee Roy Davis of South Carolina; best friend, Bernard Blanks, Sr.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
