Clarence George

Clarence George was born in Jefferson County, Alabama to the union of of Jimmy Rump and Elizabeth Mae George Speight. Later in his life, het met and married Augusta Craig George into this blessed union. For many years he was a faithful member of Our Lady of Fatima Church. He served as a Liturgical Minister and Trustee. He was employed at Dolly Madison Bakery for many years and was a laborer at O'Neal Steel for twenty-five years until retirement. A loving and dedicated family member , he will be missed dearly. He was preceded in death by his sister, Thelma Johnson. He is survived by: a loving and devoted wife, Augusta George; two sons, Clarence George Jr. Thompson and Prentince ( Linda) Fails; three grandchildren, Clarence (Sherriette) Fails, Prentince Jr. (Khara) and Steve (Casey) Fails; eight great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
