Mrs. Carrie T. Phillips age 95 of Hueytown, AL transitioned to be with the Lord on Friday August 27, 2010. She was the former owner of Phillips nursing home and Jones Valley Nursing Home. Carrie Phillips is survived by her two children, Frank Phillips, Jr. (Bessemer, AL) and Delores Sea, (Chicago, IL).
