Life Reflections Brenda Teresa Scott Williams was born to Mary Lee Scott and James Lee, Sr. on October 13, 1960 in Mobile, Alabama. She was the only girl and the youngest of eight siblings. Brenda gave her life to God at an early age at New Salem Baptist Church. In her later years she started attending and joined First Baptist Church Mason City where she was a member of the usher board, kitchen committee and home ministry. Brenda attended Greenwood School and graduated from McAdory High School in 1979. After high school she attended Lawson State Community College for sewing. She was dedicated and a hard worker at Sanford University and St. Vincent’s Hospital. Brenda loved to volunteer and did so at the Salvation Army and Lovely Ladies. She blessed other by donating to the Annie and Fannie Mac Foundation. Brenda Scott Williams devoted herself to her husband and children. She was always quick to lend a helping hand and by her being the only aunt, she was there for all her nieces and nephews who adored her. Her faith never wavered even through hard times. Her smile was for everyone. Brenda never met a stranger and she will surely be missed. She was preceded in death by: parents, Mary Lee Scott and James Lee, Sr.; siblings, Cleophus Church, Michael Scott, Robert Lee Scott, Erma Jean (Lee) Brown, Joe Nathan Scott and Gabe (Church) Scott. Left to cherish her memories are: husband, Lee Williams; children, Teresa and Antonio Scott; siblings, James Poole, David Church, Tommy Scott, James Lee, Jr. and a whole host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives and friends.
